Mason Greenwood Under Consideration to return to Man United first team training

A month after the launch of the internal investigation, the option of returning Mason Greenwood to the first team as part of a possible gradual remains under consideration.

Club sources insist that no decision has yet been made and that it is one of several options, including a split, that remains possible.

Should Greenwood stay, United are likely to go through a step-by-step process which would include encouraging him to go to therapy and it has also been suggested this could include a TV interview.
