Acute Chest Syndrome (ACS) in Sickle cell -

The severity of acute chest syndrome is put into three categories, mild, moderate, severe, and it differs in age, either a child or an adult. In adults, there is a greater and higher mortality rate than in children with numbers ranging from 6 for adults and 5 for children.
